Sauna 101 with Sauna Master UK is a one-day workshop held in the forest glade of Wild Spa Wowo (the UK’s only woodland sauna training centre).

Join Katie Bracher (Sauna Master UK), who has spent the past decade at the forefront of the UK’s emerging sauna scene. Through her work in sauna design, consultancy and training, she has helped shape projects, guide operators, and bring a deeper, more intentional bathing culture to life. Known for her passion and depth of knowledge, Katie blends traditional practices with modern experience design, drawing on global sauna cultures and ritual. Her work focuses not just on the sauna itself, but on the full journey, from heat to cold to rest, creating spaces that feel both grounded and transformative.

🌿 You will receive a certificate of participation (you will not gain a qualification from this day) — this day is designed as a taster and experience to kick-start your sauna master journey.
