Sigrid van Rijswijk is a leading figure in the international aufguss scene and the current World Aufguss Champion. With a background in theatre and over 8 years of stage experience, she blends performance and creativity to transform sauna sessions into immersive, artistic rituals. With 6+ years as a sauna master, she has created more than 35 original aufguss shows, pushing the boundaries of heat, movement and storytelling. Alongside this, she has spent 4+ years training and coaching new talent, helping others develop both technical skill and creative expression.

In this course we will show you key elements to being an aufgussmaster, from theory on how to provide a classic aufguss to aroma usage. You’ll learn how to combine music, aromas and movement into a themed aufguss session. We do this with a mix of waving lessons, presentations and creative assignments.

This course is guided by: Sigrid & Job and will focus on the following topics:

• Classic & Modern waving techniques
• Body awareness
• Transitions between the moves
• Theory on the ritual and Heat distribution
• Theory on Essential Oils & Natural Infusions

All levels welcome.
